TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS:
The focus is on start-ups at the early stage (post-revenue) / proof of concept stage - with our primary aim centered on supporting high-tech start-ups in the enterprise space (B2B or B2B2C) with strong competitive advantage, defensible market position and/or protectable IP.
UNDER-REPRESENTED FOUNDERS:
TThe fund allocates at least 50% of the portfolio to majority-owned black-founded ventures, and no less than 25% to women-founded ventures.
